Common Questions

• How do I upload a contract? Sign in, go to your Hangar, and drag-and-drop a PDF or DOCX (up to 100MB).
• Which AI models do you use? Claude Opus from Anthropic for risk analysis, Claude Sonnet 4 for general extraction, and OpenAI text-embedding-3-small for search.
• Is my data used to train AI models? No. See our Terms of Use for our explicit no-training policy.
• What integrations are supported? DocuSign, ServiceNow, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and a Microsoft Word add-in.
