Data Processing Agreement

For customer contract data, the customer acts as controller and Digital Revolution, LLC acts as processor. We process personal data only to provide ITKDocuments, follow documented customer instructions, and meet legal obligations.

Personnel and service providers authorized to process customer data are bound by confidentiality obligations. We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

We may engage subprocessors for hosting, storage, communications, payments, and AI processing. We remain responsible for appropriate contractual safeguards with those providers.

Taking into account the nature of processing, we will reasonably assist customers with requests to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal data.

We will notify affected customers without undue delay after confirming a security incident involving their personal data and will provide information reasonably available to support required notifications.

At the end of service, customer data will be returned or deleted in accordance with the customer agreement, product capabilities, backup cycles, and applicable law.
