Mike O'Brien — Founder & CEO. Former Head of Procurement at bp and Chief Procurement Officer at Aviva. Mike built ITKDocuments after seeing the same post-signature gap at every large company he worked with.

What We Do

We use Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI models to extract obligations, metadata, SLAs, and risks from contracts in PDF and DOCX format. The platform then tracks those commitments through their lifecycle with dashboards, alerts, approval workflows, and integrations with DocuSign, ServiceNow, Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive.
