Mike O'Brien
Founder & CEO
Mike O'Brien is the founder and CEO of ITKDocuments, an AI-powered document intelligence platform transforming how organizations manage obligations, contracts, and business-critical information. With a career spanning more than two decades in global procurement, operations, and enterprise technology, Mike brings deep real-world experience to the challenges ITKDocuments solves.
Before launching the company, Mike served as Head of Procurement for bp and later as Chief Procurement Officer for Aviva, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives, complex supplier ecosystems, and multibillion-dollar contract portfolios. Across these roles, he saw firsthand how organizations struggled to extract actionable insight from the contracts and documents that drive their operations—a challenge that ultimately inspired the creation of ITKDocuments.
