Privacy Policy

We collect account and contact information you provide, service usage and diagnostic data, and documents or other content you choose to upload.

We do not sell personal information.

We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve the service; process subscriptions; communicate with users; and comply with legal obligations.

What we access from Google. When you connect a Google account, we receive your name and email address to identify your account. If you connect Google Analytics, we read traffic reports (users, sessions, page views, traffic sources, and conversion events) from the Analytics properties you select — read-only access. If you import from Google Drive, we download only the files you choose to import.

How we use it. Google user data is used only to operate the features you connected: signing you in, showing your website analytics on your Founder Operations dashboard, and importing documents you select from your Drive. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

With whom we share it. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties. Google user data is disclosed only to (1) the service providers that host and operate the service — web hosting and encrypted database storage — solely to run the app, and (2) Google, as needed to deliver the service. Access tokens are stored encrypted, and access is revoked when you disconnect.

Deletion. Disconnecting a Google connection immediately revokes our access and deletes the stored connection data. You may also request deletion of your information by contacting support@d-revolution.com.

ITKDocuments' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your documents remain your content. ITKDocuments and its AI providers do not use your contract content to train general-purpose AI models. Contract content is processed only to provide the features you request.

We use vetted infrastructure, payment, analytics, communications, and AI providers to operate the service. They may process information only for the contracted service and under applicable confidentiality and security obligations.

We protect all information, including Google user data and other sensitive data, with layered technical and organizational safeguards: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; OAuth access tokens and integration credentials stored encrypted and never displayed again after entry; tenant isolation enforced at the database row level so your data can only be reached by your account; role-based access controls and least-privilege limits on internal personnel, with sensitive operations performed by authenticated, server-side authorization; administrative activity logging; monitoring, backups, and an incident-response process. Data is stored in the United States.

We retain information only as long as needed for the service, contractual commitments, legal requirements, and legitimate business purposes. Google user data is deleted when you disconnect the integration (access is revoked immediately) or upon your deletion request.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@d-revolution.com to submit a request.
