Your documents remain your content. ITKDocuments and its AI providers do not use your contract content to train general-purpose AI models. Contract content is processed only to provide the features you request.

We use vetted infrastructure, payment, analytics, communications, and AI providers to operate the service. They may process information only for the contracted service and under applicable confidentiality and security obligations.
Retention and security
